Danafilms offers a new coextruded EVOH sealant film that offers 5 to 10 times the oxygen barrier of PVDC-coated PET while lowering the cost. The film provides multiple advantages by eliminating the yellowing, odor, high cost and other negatives associated with PVDC. Now converters can reverse print on plain PET and laminate with a cost-effective coex EVOH sealant film that offers exceptionally high barrier, excellent seal properties – even through food particles and oils – and FDA approval for food contact.
